Just a reminder to everyone that practices is cancelled for this Saturday (6/27). Also, I need to get contact information from everyone. For those who haven't responded please send me and email at deseriemyers@yahoo.com with the following information:
1. Team Player Name 2. Team player’s jersey number from last year (if applicable) 3. Team Player cell phone (if applicable) 4. Parent 1& 2 Name 5. Parent 1 & 2 Email Address 6. Parent 1 & 2 Phone Number 7. Parent 1 & 2 Cell Phone Number (this is critical for game days) 8. Please indicate how you prefer to be contacted (via email or phone)
We will have our first Team Meeting at Round Table Pizza in Middle Rincon on Wednesday, July 1, 2009, from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. We need at least one parent to attend so that everyone has all the information you need to know for the season (i.e. tournaments, hotels, uniforms, fundraisers, etc). Please RSVP to the evite that was sent asap. If I have left someone off this invitation, please forward on to them or let Deserie know at deseriemyers@yahoo.com. Deserie will be sending another email to all with more specifics, but please respond to this invite so we know exactly who will be at the meeting.
Please make sure you read the email that went out today about Uniform fittings that must be done by this Friday and about tomorrow night's Mandatory Meeting.
We have been accepted to the Danville Tournament on September 5 & 6. Uniforms have been orders, numbers have been assigned. Check with your parents for your number. Have a great practice tonight.
Hotel reservations for the Santa Cruz Tournament have been made for Friday September 25 & Saturday September 26 (tournament is on the 25th & 26th). Please confirm with Bria and/or by Monday July 27th that you do in fact need a room. She used her credit card and we want to avoid her having to pay for rooms that are not used.
If you will not be attending, but your daughter will, please let Bria know who's room you would like your daughter to be in and who your daughter will be riding with to the tournament.
